Exciting Updates for Our Parents!

Dear Parents,

We’re thrilled to introduce the ProCare Cloud, making it easier than ever to stay connected with your child’s daily activities! As we gradually roll out new features and train our staff, we appreciate your patience while we get familiar with the system.

One major benefit? No more piles of daily sheets! Everything is now accessible through the ProCare app, so you can check in on your child’s activities whenever you like—including what they ate (especially helpful for picky eaters!) and how they’ve been progressing over time.

Our teaching staff is also uploading weekly lesson plans, giving you a glimpse into what your child is learning in class. Plus, you can now message the office staff directly through the app! While lead teachers will eventually have messaging access too, please keep in mind they’re focused on teaching, so responses may take a little longer.

Another exciting feature allows us to instantly see who’s in the building without relying on sign-in sheets. On your end, you’ll be able to track when your child moves to a different room and even see which family member or friend has picked up or dropped them off. And in the rare case of an emergency, we now have instant access to your contact information—securely stored by ProCare—without needing to log into a desktop. Rest assured, all data is protected with multiple layers of security.

More Exciting News!

Our website is back up and running! We’ve been working hard to resolve past issues, and now, we’re making important forms available online. That means no extra trips to pick up paperwork—you can simply download, fill it out, and drop it off!

Additionally, we’ve secured funding for a brand-new camera system, upgrading from 25 to 48 cameras for better coverage both inside and outside our center. This system includes sound capabilities to ensure we can provide accurate information when reviewing incidents. Our goal is not to invade privacy but to create a safe and secure environment for your children and our staff.
